the MAIN reason we lost this series---were those 6 Techs on Perk...the NBA should have rescinded BOTH of his Techs from that Orlando game.

You could see from the opening tip of the Finals--He was playing differently---Of course he would have been able to play HIS game in Game 7---But, we'll never know.

And, I Guarantee the rule will be changed this Off-Season----the Double Techs will NOT count towards any suspension.....Watch my friends-!!

We lost the series, because the NBA fixed games 4 and 5 of the Orlando series and burned us out by the time the Finals came along.

Hah... nah... we lost because the Lakers big men dominated us on the glass, got craploads of offensive rebounds... and won despite shooting 30%.  That's all.

Nah...  It had more to do with Ray forgetting how to shoot and a team that would have been out-rebounded by a daycare team.

Perk just isn't that good...highly overrated.

I find it funny that Celtics fans are the ones whining about the technical foul rule...  Maybe Perk should just grow up and learn a little something called meekness: "power under restraint."

I'm not taking anything away from the Lakers---they deserved it---but so did we...I'm still waiting for Game 8....But, Perk was not allowed to be a BEAST---like he usually is--and it's because 5 of his 6 Technicals were of the "Double" Tech Garbage---they must get rid of....a Lame cop out ref call---that really hurt us.

Well, I think Perk going down early in Game 6 basically undercut our hopes of winning the title.

Losing him pretty much guaranteed we weren't going to win Game 6 (total morale killer), and left us without enough depth to last for all of game 7.
