Enough with the Ray bashing! Honestly! Ray was in a shooting slump. Most players would have caved and had zero value the rest of the series! Ray played fantastic defense on Kobe. I find it ridiculous that people never want to see him in green again!
No chance OKC lets Kevin Durant walk. He is happy in OKC and they have built a nice roster around him an Russell Westbrook.
If Pierce opts out the Celtics could become players for Lebron. If you put Rondo and Lebron together we would be right back in the game. KG at 75% as well would help. Again, I love Paul Pierce. He is my favorite Celtic of all time! If you want this franchise to keep winning you have to think outside the box. People say why would Lebron choose the Celtics? The answer is Rondo, tradition, he would get paid and play for a historic franchise. Lebron must have watched the Finals. He knows Lakers/Celtics is where its at. Could you imagine if Lebron joined the Green Team and faced off against Kobe next year in the Finals. $$$$! Rondo feeding Lebron would be unreal. It could happen if things fall the right way.
We can hang onto this core and we can be where San Antonio is. Good enough to be a middle seed but not good enough to take on the big boys! Its just a thought.
