Just heard on 'eei that Sheed tried to get into the referee's room and was ejected from the arena and could not change out of his uniform. He was on the bus in his uniform. You gotta love how WHACK Sheed is.

He played his heart out tonight.  I have nothing negative to say about him.

That's outstanding.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

LOVE IT.

LOL Sheed. That's crazy. Maybe he went there because Crawford challenged him to a fight and he wasn't as magnanimous as Timmy to let him off the hook. But you gotta love Sheed he's shown so much heart these past few weeks and this loss probably made him sicker to his stomach than it did to us.
Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

I agree. Just reporting what I heard. Sheed was awesome tonight, but I do not think there is any questioning that the man dances to a different tune than most of us!

I love it.

[dang] I wish I could have been a fly on the wall in the Celtics locker room.

if this is true, i may have to get a sheed jersey. what happened tonight is a crime, and someone needs to call out those refs publicly.

"Maybe now you'll never slime a guy with a positron collider, huh?"

I hope he puts Joey in a wheelchair.  At least he couldn't ref games from there.

Sheed probably realized he was retiring and wanted to speak his words to the refs for one last time.  8)

What I love is that 'Sheed, as I said elsewhere, is about the game. He isn't about a shoe contract, about commercials or any endorsements. He got kicked out of an arena for challenging a ref after a game. That ref was Donaghy. The man cares about the game of basketball and I give him all the props for that. He could care less about image and the media. The man plays the game to play the game and dang if we don't need more players like that in the NBA.
