and the Celts have the ball down 2 with 12 seconds left. After Rondo's crazy 3, he batted the ball of Kobe's hands. If that things about 4 inches to the left it was rolling right along the sideline into Ray Allen's hands.
Listen, I hate the Lakers, and I hate like hell losing to them, but I can't fault the Celtics effort, and I can't deny that the Lakers made some huge plays (I thought Fisher's 3 was as big as any). It was an incredibly competitive game. The last 9 minutes were played as if they were the final minute, and most of the game was played very near that level.
I'm proud of the Celtics. This was an incredible run, and a real joy to watch.
Still though...poop on the Lakers!
