Ok I think it's pretty apparent now.

The biggest reason why offense is so terrible right now isn't even necessarily because of good defense.  Everyone is so tired.  You can see it in the way everyone is moving on the floor.  They're beat.

KG got fouled... no call of course. Gasol would have got the call.

Anyway, the C's finally realized after the 15th Pierce iso that it killed them and was terrible. Play on KG!! Great steal by Baby to start the fastbreak.

They're all exhausted right now.

I totally agree.

Not sure they have enough left to finish this out.
I was wondering the same thing.  wouldn't be surprised if Doc called an extra timeout or two this quarter just to give the team some rest.

The Celts really need to change what they are doing on offense. WHy this Rondo pound the ball for 15-20 seconds then a desperation shot offense? I know the Lakers are jsut as bad, but I do not care. I think they need to get the ball out of Rondo's hands.

They're wiped out, energy-wise.

  • Thank you Eddie!
Dramatic?  Yes.  But both teams look like high school players on offense thanks to the defense and nerves.

I'm loving that the Celtics are getting after that BALL. And nice pass from Rondo to KG. it's not the same as 07-08 and 08-09, but it's still a thing to watch. :)

C´mon C´s, this game is ours for the taking.

#18, here we come
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

KG not looking gassed yet. Nor is Rondo.  Keep the legs.  Baby needs a good stretch here.  Sheed to finish with the great D.

I'd like to see the offense run through Garnett.

Rondo has struggled in the halfcourt in this series and I don't like what Pierce is doing, he's forcing the issue. Ray is struggling on his catch and shoots but that would still be my second option behind KG.

Those Rondo passes are underrated....very tough to put them in there with precision like that.

agreed.  TP

gah. come on.
