Just get the guy some new pair of hands. He can't hold on to anything. Shelden fumbles rebounds, passes, and dunks..... Thats the physical part, his understanding of the game is questionable also. Shelden Williams AKA The ultimate momentum killer. Basketball isn't his sports. He has too much to overcome.

I think I would seriously prefer to see Candace in his place.

I would take patrick o'bryant or mikki moore over him.

I thought I was the only one that cringed when he entered games...he has proven in these finals that he doesn't belong in the NBA

Doc knew he had to field in Shelden after Perk came down with a knee injury. He had to give the guy exposure in anticipation of a Perk no-show in game 7.

Actually, except for Scal, Doc fielded everyone to get a feel of what might be like in game 7. It is a just-in-case scenario. It is the last game of season that Doc is preparing for. I wouldn't be surprised anymore if Shelden gets another chance to hit the floor. Let's just wish every player to make their best contributions for the team and the Celtics nation for the match of the decade.

I dont get this threat. Do you William´s haters really think the amount of cap space spent on him would produce miracles when he finally got some minutes?   ::)

I like Shelden Williams, he's a nice guy from what I've seen/heard. However, he doesn't belong on the basketball court wearing Celtic Green. Well, maybe the 2006-2007 C's...

His spot needs to be replaced with Scali.  Whether or not Perk plays.

He is doing nothing out there.

I don't think anyone hates him.  He just stinks.  And no one expect miracles.  It doesn't take a miracle to make a dunk or grab a rebound or not fumble the ball, just decent fundamentals.  I don't think that's too much to ask even for a 5th big. Mikki Moore would have been better.
