There's a new fixed game to spot light. WOW! How many phantom calls against the Celtics and no calls against the Lakers? Pull the starters and save for next game, Doc! This is as fixed as it gets!!!!

This game has absolutely *nothing* to do with the refs.

The Lakers are just playing with significantly more effort and intensity.  That's why they're winning, and that's why they're getting calls.  The Celtics came out flat, and the Lakers stomped on them.

I agree with Roy.

We're playing like we have a 1 game cushion to play with. No effort and no urgency.

This is a ridiculous post. The refs are not even the 10th thing wrong with this game. Don't be like a Lakers fan and cry about the refs when your team comes out flat and gets owned.

This is the worst argument I've ever heard considering the reality of tonight's game.

There has been some rough calls, but in no way have the refs effected this game.  They would be very low on my list.

#1 - Shot Selection
#2 - On Ball Defense
#3 - Help Defense
#4 - Team Offense
#5 - Transition Defense
#6 - Turnovers
#7 - Bench Depth with Perkins out
#8 - Refs

The refs were sketchy in the 3rd, but I think they felt the game was already over.

the refs were predictably one sided tonite, but to call this lakers/kings part two is an exaggeration. kobe sensed early the refs were going to let him do what he wanted and he capitalized. refs were very one sided tonight, but this game had a lot more problems than that.

Rebounding and just simple execution. Look at every category. We flat out played like [crap].

And yes, the reffing has been pretty, like...."wow, really? Your a pathetic pawn" style officiating, its not the biggest problem in this game by any means.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

This game is no where near what happened with the Kings-Lakers...even though Pierce couldn't buy a foul if he tried, they were simply outplayed by the Lakers tonight.

This game has nothing to do with the referees.  The Celtics didn't show up tonight.

Should Paul have gotten some whistles on his drives? Absolutely.
When Rondo got hit should there have been a foul? For sure.
Did Kobe get some favorable calls? Of Course.
Did any of this have to do with The Celtics losing this game? In no way.

To compare this to The Kings/Lakers is beyond absurd.

Yeah, we got the short end of the stick on the calls but it had nothing to do with The Celtics losing this game.

Credit where credit's due.

The Celtics thoroughly beat the Lakers in the last 2 games.  Lakers won this one over the C's.

Don't think the refs had anything to do with the Celtics' last 2 wins nor the Lakers win today.

summed it up well.  refs weren't the problem.  did they favor the lakers, sure.  C's got outplayed pure and simple.  refs didn't cause that.
