I am trying to think of the last time the lakers were down in a playoff series since the last time we played them in the finals in 2008.

I don't believe they have been. We saw what happened last time we got them down 2-0 and then 3-1 in the 2008 Championship.

The evil Kobe showed up and he preceded to whine and moan and **** out his team mates.

Tonight game is so crucial not only because it will be almost impossible for us to win back to back games in L.A but also because if we win this game the lakers will be behind in a series for the first time in over 2 years and Kobe's teammates arent mentally strong enough to deal with the onslaught that bad Kobe will provide them with, he will rip them to shreds.

This game is huge, the biggest of the big 3 era for what it will mean for the legacy of the big 3 should they win/lose.

Whoever wins this game wins the series.  I'm sure of it.
Never forget the Champs of '08, or the gutsy warriors of '10.

Agreed.

If the Lakers were to win, but Bynum's knee gets worse to the point that he can't play in games 6 or 7, I can see us winning.

If we win tonight but Perk or Sheed get called for techs, I can see LA winning 2 in LA.

In the 2009 postseason the Lakers lost game 1 to the Houston Rockets 100-92 and trailed the series 0-1 but eventually won the series 4-3 and went on to win the championship

It's about time the Lakers trail again in a series... and I think it will be the case after game 5.
