  • It's not hard to work hard.
this game is freaking crazy
McHale's favorite ruse is putting paper in the mouths of sleeping teammates. "Try using one of these cocktail napkins," he said. "When just the edge sticks out of a guy's mouth, it looks like he's got fangs. The best part is when he wakes up."

Nate Robinson and Big Baby have earned themselves a special spot in my heart with their performances tonight.

doc...just keep riding this group as long as possible.  please...
I would stay with Nate.  He changes the Laker defense because they can't sag off him the way they can off Rondo.  Lakers likely haven't spent a lot of time preparing for this plus you want to run the offense through Pierce anyway.

Ugh another T. At least it wasn't on Perk. And they missed the FT. Let's just focus and close this one out strong. And let's clean up the defensive glass from here on.
Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.
