  • It's not hard to work hard.
LA is playing great defense in spurts, but their offense hasnt been anything overwhelming. It's just been us missing our layups, creating layups for them on the other end.
McHale's favorite ruse is putting paper in the mouths of sleeping teammates. "Try using one of these cocktail napkins," he said. "When just the edge sticks out of a guy's mouth, it looks like he's got fangs. The best part is when he wakes up."

Lakers are making shots on the road. We are missing shots at home. Easy to say "Well, we're getting the shots we want... we'll be fine" but if you're constantly missing them, that's a problem.

Not exactly the start I was hoping for. I guess I shouldn't  complain too much being down 4 seeing how we're cold from the field AGAIN. Next season we have to get a therapist or hypnotist or an exorcist or something. Anything to get to the bottom our struggles at home.

Give me crap if you want...we're not winning this game or this series.

How can you expect to win a game when you can't make layups.  It has to be at least 10 legit layups we've missed tonight.  Plus all of the open jumpshots?

We're finished.  I'm not a believer.

Is there something soft about that rim the Lakers are shooting at right now?  Their shots are rolling in right now just like game 3, and remember we did much better once we were shooting at it in Game 3?  Seriously, could it be more forgiving than the other basket?

Alright KG! Strong take to the hoop

Outside of this few minutes with NAte looking clueless the offense has been running poorly, been missing shots but they've been good looks.

This is just like game three where we saw things turning and couldn't stop the Lakers from building a big lead.

This next stretch may be the ballgame.

BTW - KG looks irrelevant on offense tonight. What happened to the post game? Or the face up game?
ask and you shall receive.  feel lucky like asking for smart offense every trip down?
