Sports never ceases to be surprising.

I can't imagine anyone would offer him that much for that long at his age. If so, we need to make sure we sign and trade because we should be able to fleece that GM for a great player.

I love Ray and would love him to retire here. The spacing, clutch FT and classiness he brings cannot be easily replaced. But he's not worth that contract especially considering how over the cap we are.

The thing is if he wants to stay here he has to honestly assess his own worth - not what other teams are offering or what other players have gotten - and sign a reasonable extension. I don't think the FO will lowball him or at least I hope not so they should be able to find something both sides can agree on.

Nope. Nyet. Negatory.

This loss hurt, but I can't throw Ray under the bus.

Title of this thread takes on a whole new meaning after game three, doesn't it?

0-13 and he would have missed that open layup in the last couple minutes if not for KG shoving Pau.

I would hate to be feeling how he feels tonight.

Can't say the man wasn't trying... No one wanted his shots going down more than Ray did.

I didn't expect an 0 for 13 night but I'm honestly not surprised he couldn't make a 3 pointer given his streakiness from 3 lately. That Game 2 made me uneasy because I was afraid a bad night was coming. Just didn't think this bad and this soon though. There was some stat that said he'd recorded both the best and worst 3FG% in a game this postseason or something along those lines. No matter. Nowhere to go but up from here.

I think Ray would have tied the record for most consecutive missed without a make in a playoff game if KG didn’t commit the offensive foul. I am a bit shock that Ray almost broke this record after he broke the other records last game.

Sometimes you just don't have it.

You do your best to put the shot up with the right form and right release and the right strength....it just don't go down.
