I'd give Rasheed a nice hammock for the rest of the week, and tell him to rest up.  When he's playing well, our team has a whole different dimension to it.

but shouldnt he be hitting the weights, getting that cardio in for this finals run?

i hope them being limited doesnt hurt us

With back spasms, I'd probably keep him away from weights.  Maybe swimming, I don't know.  I'd go with rest, though.
