The pressire is still on Orlando, so it would help tremendously to get up by 10 points or more early so they can fold and quit. Being down 10 through 3 quarters like in game 4 won't help at all.

Also, Rondo simply has to play better than in game 4 or we don't have a chance.

The team has to play focused and with hustle for 48 minutes. We must finish them tonight, and I think we will.

TP FL and go Celtics!!

Well, it looks like the team is really focused and in the "eye of the tiger mode" :

Quote from: Boston Globe
The Celtics were dead serious today at shootaround and that attitude hahs continued into pre game as Kevin Garnett called for a team meeting about 7 p.m. ET, just as the locker room was supposed to open to the media. Garnett did not talk at this morning's shootaround while the rest of the Celtics were men of few words.

Garnett is coming off a subpar Game 4 and the Celtics are desperately trying to close this series out tonight.

They upgraded Howard's elbow to the back of KG's head to a flagrant 1 (thought any head shot was supposed to be a flagrant 2- at least that's what they said when they suspended KG) We sure could have used the 2 FT's and the ball at that point in the game.  It might have been the difference between a win and a loss.

Yeah, but I'll settle for a regular, normal like win.

I'll even live with a nail-biting, last second win.  I know the odds are with us and our 3-1 lead, but this Orlando team is too good to let hang around.  Every extra game brings with it the possibility of injury, or chance for the world to examine our defense even more closely.  Celtics, do this and do it right!
