  • Doc could learn a thing or two from Norman Dale
Pierce handling at the end of quarters so often does not get them a good shot.  Rondo should handle. This will be a tough OT.  Come on C's

I disagree regarding putting the ball in Rondo's hands; he's been horrible tonight.  Giving Paul the ball was the right decision; not calling a timeout was the wrong one.

  • It's not hard to work hard.
Rondo is just plain off today. Luckily for us Dwight can't shoot ft's.
McHale's favorite ruse is putting paper in the mouths of sleeping teammates. "Try using one of these cocktail napkins," he said. "When just the edge sticks out of a guy's mouth, it looks like he's got fangs. The best part is when he wakes up."

Oh my nerves can't take this. Of course we had to be the ones who had the 1st OT game this postseason.
Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

Our offense has been ugly.

Jameer has been killer.

"Offense by accident".  That pretty much sums up that first shot.
