Bynum is a regular season show pony.  The Lakers need him to be a Thoroughbred.

It looks like he's going to get benched for Game 4, so his chance to prove that he's a thoroughbred may have to wait.

Way to back up the talk, Andrew.  Well done.  That 2 points, 2 rebounds, 4 foul performance really was a difference maker.

I usually dont like to harp on other players being hurt but I work with a Lakers fan and all season he has been trying to convince me how good Bynum was. I kept saying how I liked his game but there is no way you can depend on him because he WILL be hurt when you need him most.

It is sad (kinda) but it actually happened. This guy must be so frustrating to root for.

What I can't understand is why Toronto is even thinking about a sign and trade for him in a Bosh deal???? This guy is always hurt!

He is LA's Tony Allen.  Flashes of brilliance but never quite healthy and a bit of a bonehead at times.  At least TA is playing great right now when it matters most.

He's talented but the injury concerns are huge. If he doesn't play game 4 that could really hurt LA. Maybe we see a Suns comeback.
