Funny how the article says that LA is prepared for Boston because Utah and Phoenix are such tough competition. Really? ...Are you serious? Those may be good regular season teams, but in the playoffs those teams are cupcakes.

So, Kobe is now is some sort of Hulk? when he's angry, nobody can stop him? This article is so biased.



After those photos, he lost any fear factor he ever had :)

If I could afford it, I'd have that picture plastered onto posters to be handed out to every fan going into the first Finals game in the Garden.  The reaction on Kobe's face would be so worth it.

If we play them in the finals I'll be surprised if we have to do much to win. Just seems like Kobe's ego will take care of shooting them out of the series. He won't be able to help himself.

My friend, you are going to be surprised then. The Lackers are no joke! They are a very, very good ball team and if we play them in the Finals it won't be a cakewalk. I still think we will win but it won't be easy.

Kobe won't be able to join the ranks of Magic and Kareem until he beats the Celtics in the Finals.

That alone will make this a very competitive series.

You are greatly underestimating them.  The Lakers are a VERY good basketball team...  Should we meet them in the Finals, it could easily be one of the best series in a LONG time and equal the epic match-up of 1984.

Oh I'm not underestimating them at all. I know how great a team they are. My comment is more about whether we will get to play them as a team or whether Kobe will play hero-ball and make it easier on us. I'm inclined to think the latter.

I've never heard of the person that wrote that article, but I'd be willing to bet he wrote the same exact article 2 years ago. Then was not heard from again the rest of the summer.

Well, LA is a Great Team, but I really question their road to this point. If we can get this game tonight, and then close out ORL, I would think that our path to the Finals would've been considerably tougher.

The Team that LA may face with Boston is very different than the team they faced in the regular season, and I think LA fans and the media is forgetting that.
