The key to ORL was Dwight, and Perk just did not let him get unhinged.

As great as LA is, they do not have a Dwight or a Lebron....I think we can slow down Kobe..I really do.

Here's something you want to think about in the Finals:

LA - and Phx - haven't seen ANYTHING remotely like this defense. There isn't a lot of defense being played in the West finals.

BIG advantage for the Celtics.

Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

So does Barnes get suspended for his cheap shot on KG? Is it really any different than Horry on Nash in 07?

Utter domination. Not a second of Magic momentum the whole game.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

Great and hopefully crushing win. I have to get to bed. Sleep tight, y'all.

Go Celtics!

oddly enough I'm actually looking forward to the after game commentary on ESPN to hear their analysts eat crow again for predicting an Orlando win tonight and that ORL would come out on fire -- particularly Magic

Did anyone else see Eric Snow on NBA TV predict that Orlando was not only going to win tonight, they were going to win Monday night and they were going to win the series?   :P

Snow's gotta understand that Orlando isn't as gutsy as his old Michigan State teams!

I agree.

So many parallels between this year and 07-08...LA didn't see the same defense back then, and haven't seen it now.

I think that will be the key in a potential LA series...no matter how much they are upset with our beatdown we gave them in 2007-08, they have had an easy trip so far in the western playoffs..

I would like to see PHX rough them up some tomorrow, though..

Other than the size-to-size ratio of the players, no. Nothing at all.

Eric Snow clearly went to the Charles Barkley School of Sports Predicting.

You know it's going well when the game looks as simple as this one did tonight.

Move the ball. Let the ball find the open shot. Defend, rotate, close out. Hit the glass. Work harder than the other guy.

This was one of those games that give you a little tingle as a coach, watching everything fit together so neatly.

Are you kidding me? He should almost be rewarded for that. He pushed KG into SVG. It was hilarious.

Great game by the C's tonight. What I love most is that we are hustling to help each other up when someone hits the ground again.  That was the biggest thing for me when we won the championship two years ago, and I am seeing the same things this year.  It makes me feel very good about our chances of winning the championship this year.
