Pride comes before the fall? Give PP a break, he's just pumped up by the win. It's amazing how a simple "tweet" by Pierce could gain media attention and yet all the Celtics' victories are presented as "LeBron and Howard having bad games" and all. On a side note, did PP really tweet right after a hard game?! Maybe his account was really hacked as stated by the poster above.

People in ESPN message board mentioned that the first tweet (about next game on Thursday) come out while Pierce was live on the podium in the press conference. So is it possible that Pierce's twitter account was being hacked?

And.. Pierce must know that Game 3 is on Saturday.

Paul Pierce didn't post those tweets, but his post-game interview definitely made clear that he feels confident and determined.
