I don't think is surprising. He routinely played 38-40 mpg in the regular season during close, important games. To see him play more isn't shocking.
Also, I don't think he loses anything. The kid is in phenomenal shape. He barely breaks a sweat out there running around like a maniac.
Also, this is another reason why I thought that despite the fact that Nate Robinson was a good pickup, he ultimately wasn't going to mean much in the playoffs given Rondo's playing time (though I didn't think he'd play this little).
