I watched the halftime show, I watched the postgame analysis.
I am a HUGE Charles fan. I do not care if he doesn't like the C's. I'm a Kenny fan too, but he annoyed me last year with his shameless self promotion for a HC job somewhere. Ernie Johnson is the coolest white guy since...Jon Stewart I guess but even than I'm conflicted.
But Jamal Mashburn both in his LeBron analysis and his game analysis was spot on. Very substantiative, good perspective as a former player, the guy has a future. It wasn't about Jamal, it was about the game, and while he related it back to his own NBA career, he didn't make it about him. Pretty impressed. Like,
Doris Burke impressed.
Avery Johnson was not as good, but as far as actual knowldege about what was going on actually on the court, he was great. His voice is annoying, and its not surprising that he pimped the nets (he was just interviewed bet the nets), but that was annoying as well. His voice he cant control but the pimping of his perspective organization he can. Those are my issues.
Also, Jamal Mashburn picked the magic in 6. I'm okay with that. We are, the underdogs.
