I can't figure out if the refs want this to be a physical game or not. Very inconsistent, on both sides.
McHale's favorite ruse is putting paper in the mouths of sleeping teammates. "Try using one of these cocktail napkins," he said. "When just the edge sticks out of a guy's mouth, it looks like he's got fangs. The best part is when he wakes up."

Doc is doing a very poor job with his rotation today.

Foul issues have kinda forced his hand some. I'm sure he thought he could get more outta Pierce - at least in minutes.
