I totally agree with him. The last time we won big in Cleveland, we came out flat and and got massacred at home. Game 6 is another one of those "trap" games. I also remember we were up 3-2 against Orlando last year and failed to wrap it up at home. We all know how that series ended. We can't give the best team in the league (record wise) another chance to play a game 7 at home. Let's get this done in 6!

KG expressed the attitude the team has to take perfectly. Take care of it at home.

That being said, both teams have proven they can win on the road in this series. I think we can win game 7 in Cleveland, just like they can beat us in Boston to force a game seven.

Yeah my headline from tonight's preview still states my opinion. C's Vs Cavs: Where "I don't have a clue how this is going to go" Happens

Yup, that headline was perfect IP.

I mentioned it to my GF as I watched the blowout and my brother said its summed up his thoughts as well in our usual post game phone call.

I do.

Either the Cavs are going to shoot lights out they did in game 3 or the C's will control the game like they have done the entire series.

I tend to go with the latter. C's have been the consistent team.

Oh and I don't like how the C's are putting pressure on themselves saying game 6 is a must win. Just play your game and let the Cavs play tight and everything will take care of itself.

lol...you basically just said "either the cavs will play better and win or the celtics will"

This series man...for me..it has been a freakin (enjoyable) rollercoaster. From the blown lead in game 1, to the blowout in game 2, to the blowout in game 3 (okay, I didn't enjoy that), to the blowout tonight....

I mean if I posted a poll:

"A team will win by between 5.1 points and 9.9 points in what will be a hotly contested game through 3 and a half quarters"

"A team will blowout the other team"

"A team will win by 5 points or less in what will be a battle to the end between two hard fighting teams"

Which one do you choose? Which one do you choose for game 6? Nobody knows...thats how this series has gone.

No I said the only way the Cavs can beat the C's is if LeBron and his teammates shoot lights out like they did in game 3. I don't think the series has been that much of a rollercoaster because the C's have pretty much controlled it from the get go. Cavs have only played one real good game.

Can that happen again in game 6? Sure but the C's are playing much better overall right now.

It's so good to see the difference between a Grizzled Vet and a Star who has been handed everything to him on a platter since his rookie year.

KG is immediately in Kill mode and stresses the absolute urgency to win game 6, Lebron comes out in his press conference and says yet again; "I'm not worried". Of course your not, you know you will get your MAX contract no matter what the result of this series or your performance...

I heard that, GREAT news. The team that has won each game in this series is the team that has played with a sense of urgency. After hearing this, I'm confident the C's won't let up. Too bad I'll be on an airplane to chicago....thanks schedule makers! I'm literally running off the airplane as soon as it lands, I don't care how many women and children I have to push outta my way, I'm seeing that fourth quarter!

In the regular season, what the Celtics said and what they did on the court had substantial distance from each other. Game 6 is when we will truly get to see if the playoffs have changed that.

Before game 5, I predicted that if the Cs won game 5 they'd lose game 6. I made that prediction because I've seen too much inconsistency from them all year, and their attitude all year long has been that if in the backs of their minds they know they have breathing room, they don't quite give it their all. However, I didn't anticipate this decisive a win in game 5, and that's really making me rethink my prediction. So I guess I'll just go with IP and say that I have no idea.

It's one thing to say it, and a totally different to convert it.

Well, neither team qualifies as consistent in this series, but the Celtics get a little closer to the title.

KG is right. Gotta take care of business Thursday night.
Coined the CelticsBlog term, "Euromistake."
