I think he should have replaced Pierce by Ray and not TA by Ray though, Pierce is absolutely awful tonight...

Problem is that without Pierce the D sags in the halfcourt and we go stagnant.

The only reason he pulled TA is cuz TA went to him and said he was tired. Who wouldn't be the way he was going all out.
