  • You know my methods, Watson.
wow...does paul even want to be out there?  dumb foul.  gotta know the situation better than that.  trading off your 4th foul to put shaq on the line just doesn't work...

All sorts of problems this period.

D is soft and porous.

Can we please stop the Pierce hating, my god. It's beyond obvious the celtics are going a different way in this series on offense and it doesnt really involve a lot of Pierce. Pierce is our best offensive player, but that doesn't mean we always need to go to him. Doc sees how much Rondo is dominating his matchup, so that's what we've done all series long. This hasn't allowed Pierce to get in any kind of rythem and when your going against Lebron both ways all game its even harder. Pierce will be fine and without him, we wouldn't  be here and we wouldn't have any chance at advancing or winning a title.

Pierce is not our best offensive player. I don't know how anyone who's watched the games can think that.

Also, you can say Pierce will be fine. But he's given us nothing on offense for 3.5 games now.

Paul is in a funk, he hasn't lost it ... no one else on this team has scored or can score 32 points and 9 rebounds like he did on the 23rd against Miami ... come on! He's playing poorly right now, like everyone else on the planet has played poorly (more than once) in their past, but he's still our number one offensive weapon overall ... and he'll be back.

I love Pierce I really do but I really think that Ray has become our #1 option now. He's been more consistent scoring in the paint and I've heard that he's a pretty good shooter too.

Ray's our number one option right now because he's playing better than Pierce right now, but he is not a better all-around scorer or player. If Ray or KG or anyone else were in a funk, we'd be saying this stuff about them. Everyone's down on Paul cuz he's played poorly of late overall, but anyone who thinks he's ready to roll over, is in for a few surprises, IMHO.

Jamison's best offensive season came in the year he spent in Dallas as a sixth man.

He played around the rim and down in the post more often than any other point in his career and consequently took more shots in the paint than any other season. The result was a true shooting percentage of 58% versus a career average of 52.5%.

That foul on Tony Allen was the worst call I have ever seen in my life.

predicted that cavs run. we have to take the punch and just move on. do what we did in the first half. remember the 2008 season where we just shut other teams out in the 3rd quarter? it's been the opposite and i don't get it.

Has Doc heard of  a guy named Michael Finley sitting on his bench that is a good outside shooter??

Why are we seeing so much Tony Allen?

Our defense is getting abused time after time by easy penetrations and kickouts.

Looks like the collapse started earlier than expected, let's hope we can refocus and regain a big lead...

it's pretty simple really. We don't score as efficiently and our D has slipped. And there are a lot of questions about our focus.

So... yeah... that's why.

Took another look at that TA pick. Perfectly still, arms at his side, Mo just didn't see it. Tough call.

Gotta keep playing tough D, rebound, feed Ray.

Its 13-5 fast break points right now, and more if you count delayed breaks/transitions. Got to keep pushing the ball, get easy baskets.

Finley can't defend anyone.
