No he cant contain him but i think our overall defensive scheme can bother him enough.

Lebron will most likely be feeling alot better by the start of game3 but i highly doubt.. we will see lebron jacking up alot of shots by the 3rd quarter as the tendon starts getting worse, if cleveland is going to steal a game.. this is that game

Could anyone stop Wade? In 5 games he only managed to win one game even with his superhuman performances. I doubt very much LeBron will do anything that even compares to what Wade was doing to us.

I think you are underestimating Lebron....big time.  Wade is not near the passer, rebounder or defender Lebron is.

MMacOH, I think what people were referring to was the shooting of Wade in that one game.  I watched Wade make fade away after contested shot after contested shot.. all three pointers, and they pretty much all went in.  It's that kind of hot-streak that kills the Celtics.  I agree that Lebron is better, but I believe it is more likely for a Wade to get hot at shooting than Lebron & his elbow.

I actually thought Pierce did a better job defending because he played off Lebron, got physical with him when he got within 15 feet, and had a lot of help defense.  It's that quick trap that has proven effective.  The way to solve it?  If Lebron starts shooting well, which I'm hoping he doesn't.

We should stay with what worked last game. Ray on Lebron, Paul on Parker and being the help defender. If it works keep going to it untill they adjust.

Tony and Paul did a nice job on LBJ also. James just seemed to really struggle with Ray on him.

Well tonight is going to be interesting concerning Lebron.  Let's see if he comes out like the Lebron of old, or the Lebron of Games 1 and 2.  We should see tonight if his elbow is a real issue.

Lebron can get crazy hot with his jump shot also.  Just watch the last quarter of game 1 against the Bulls.

you are totally missing what the cavs need to win. james is gonig to get his...if the other guys dont step up then it is over. i don't care how hot james gets (and no i don't think he is physically able to do what wade did in game 4) they won't win unless williams steps up. the cavs guards are horrible in this series...and that has a lot to do with the defense of boston. i go back to the game in boston where boston was up big until mo hit like 3 quick 3 pointers and they cavs went on to win. if boston can slow LBJ down and take away jamison and mo..they win. i dont feat parker nor shaq at all.

in addition in the playoffs..boston is much better on defense at home (20 points less a game than on the road)

Usually you are right on with this comment but I don't think this is true tonight.  The Cavs go as Lebron goes.  Lebron is usually puting the team in position to win either scoring points or distributing.  He has not been his normal self in dong these 2 things in games 1 and 2.  His demeanor has been tentative which has made the whole team tentative.

Lebron needs to come out intense and take it to the Celtics at the beginning to get the whole team going.  An aggressive will start to draw double teams and really open up the floor for the Cavs which is what they need if they want to win.
