was vs the Pistons...game 5 in 2007.....since then they have lost EVERY big time game on the road including 4 in boston in 2008 and last year vs orlando. this is a perfect time to knock the cavs out. 3-1 this weekend would be a major major major deal

This is exactly why I am not making any assumptions.  I'm just riding the green wave right now.

You know, I expect the same thing.  I don't think we will have any let up.. I mean look at all the rest they gave us!

The C's have looked pretty good at home in the playoffs. If the Cavs win a game in Boston they'll have to earn it. I like our chances...

Feels like a split to me this weekend. Both teams are banged up. Neither team has been as dominant as could be expected.

This game is on a Friday night at the TD Garden against the 2009-10 Celtics. If ever there was a game that Cleveland was going to win on the road this year, it's this one.

That said, the C's maybe playing their best ball of the year, Lebaby and Sideshow may be hurting bad and the crowd shouldn't be the average Friday night, hands glued to their laps while talking softly with their friends crowd.

C's by 8 and Cleveland still hasn't won a big road game is my prediction for Friday.

You're probably right on the money with thinking that there will be a split, but I would think Boston HAS looked pretty dominant. Sure, they let a big lead slide but the refs in game one didn't help us out a lot. It happened in game two, as well but the Celtics showed something they'd been lacking for a while; mental fortitude and they persevered and still won by 18 points, I believe. A 25 point lead getting trimmed to 18 isn't a big deal to me.

So I don't know, in my opinion we have looked fairly dominant at times.

Who knows?  It all depends on which team shows up on either side and both of these teams have had a bit of Jekyll and a bit of Hyde in 'em during the regular season and the playoffs.
Never forget the Champs of '08, or the gutsy warriors of '10.

TP for the topic. You are right on the money. I have to also wonder, is this Cleveland team better than they were in 2009 or 2008? Not really... they are just as hot/cold, just as fairly solid on defense, and just as reliant on Lebron.

There is a great opportunity to take a strangle hold of this series this weekend. Go Celtics!!

i think the media is giving the cavs way more credit than they deserve. i also believe they aren't as good as maybe they were advertized
