  • You know my methods, Watson.
hey...great news!!  right as espn was heading to commercial break, it sounded like the jumbotron was getting the crowd fired up...  but for something other than the game, by the sound of things.

  • Let's Go Celtics!
Pierce And Ray doing nothing. At least move, do something

It's another one of those games when Pierce looks like he is ready for retirement.

It's a real worry. He's now had three games in a row where he's had minimal impact on the game offensively. We need to remember this increasingly frequent kind of night when we're all excited about re-signing him at $10-12M per year.

LOL...  I've been pleading my case on another forum that Ray is only worth the MLE.  I'm starting to think that might be overpaying for him after tonight.

I don't think Ray's coming back. Danny sounded pretty hesitant on WEEI this week. I expect a S&T.

Yup. That's what I said in the other thread.

Just when we thought the cavs couldn't shoot a higher percentage.  What are they shooting this quarter?

Well, we'll see if the C's are gonna put up a fight on Sunday...or if they're willing to call it QUITS on this season---Cause SUNDAY is our only hope now.

I cannot believe they are outscoring us again this quarter. I don't care so much about the final score but we have to get something going and cut into the lead if only to see what adjustments we should be thinking of for the next game.

I should have know it wasn't a good thing when we had our first 2 home games on a Friday night and Sunday afternoon. Those have  probably been our worst times to play this season.

This game isn't the series... but it's very disappointing that we're giving home court right back.

its the series in all reality....

I've been worried about you all night - you seem despondent.

We could easily win game four by 20.

And then, of course, we could lose game five by 30.

This team is a heart attack.

  • It's not hard to work hard.
Please, people - you can say that the crowd is awful (it is) without BLAMING the crowd for the C's play (which is clearly wrong).

If the Cavs keep shooting like this nobody will beat them.  But they won't, because no team can.  They're not the 96 Bulls. This and game 4 vs Chicago are really the only time that they've looked like they could beat Orlando.

Man, the C's have spent two years making a pessimist of me on Sundays.  We blow on Sundays, period.

I believe Orlando will beat the Cavs in 5 or 6 and will win the NBA championship.

boston having to win in cleveland twice now is an awful lot to ask of this team. esp with how inconsistent they are. no idea what to expect from this team on sunday
