The towel has become Danny's weapon of choice ever since he got a taste of the one Horry threw in his face.  Good stuff.

Kudos to Danny!!  I think it's getting in the Cav's heads...  And Danny did nothing wrong here, well within any "rule"...

M.L. would be proud... :)

Good to see he hasn't changed from when he was a player.

Can you believe the league is looking at this? ::)  I just heard it on the radio.

The NBA is ran by idiots...  There is NOTHING to this at all.

I really believe David Stern showed his true colors when he commented (something to the effect) that LeBron should stay in Cleveland.  That is NONE of his business, and it's borderline "tampering."  David Stern is an arrogant tool who got lucky that Bird & Magic showed up at the right time.  This league nearly died in the mid-90's (which is when I lost interest).  But I digress...  Bottom line is that there is nothing here to look into, and if something actually does come out of this it only shows how foolish the league is...

I'm not sure why, but my favorite part of the video (btw, thanks for posting it!) is where you can see Ainge leaning over to talk to someone (Wyc?) and then spontaneously reaching behind the stanchion to grab the towel. I imagine the conversation going something like this:

Wyc: "Danny, that was awesome that you stood up during that free throw to intimidate Hickson."

Danny: "Yeah, that was pretty awesome. I'm fired up right now! What should I do for the next free throw?"

Wyc: "Dude, you should, like, throw something in the air!"

Danny: "Oh, man, that would be so awesome! Hang on...hey... here's this towel sitting behind the stanchion...Hey Wyc, watch this!"

Wyc: "Dude, that was SO awesome. High five!"

What is there to look at?  Did Danny perform a magic trick?  Did he throw the towel up only to have a seagull fly out and drop guano in Hickson's eye?

That is awesome, if the league looks into this, they should look into the rampant overaccting by the Cavs.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

No wonder he got in so many fights as a player! I love a fiery compeitive guy like that. He would still be a great coach.

The funniest part of this whole story is that we were up 23 at the time.  Like this incident turned the entire game in our favor.   ;D
