Lebron's two BEST destinations are Cleveland & Boston.  Cleveland b/c he grew up there and is comfortable there.  Boston b/c they have the best basketball fans in the world, and are the most successful basketball franchise in history.  I'm not saying it's likely, or even possible (outside of a S&T, etc), but it's the best :)

As interesting as it would be to see him in Green, I think Lebron needs to find his Own Destiny.

He would be just another player if he came to Boston. He would certainly be a Great Player in Green, I think, but just the thought of him trying to forge his own destiny in Boston behind the works of Bird, Cousy, Heinsohn, Parish, Russell, Mchale, Pierce, KG, Ray, etc.....

He just needs to be somewhere that he can make a name for himself. It would be awfully hard to do that in Boston. Too much for him to live up to, even though he'd have a Great Start in Perk and Rondo (after KG, Ray and Pierce move on).

It is all speculation of course and he could end up anywhere but I don't see him going to LA's junior varsity team and I don't see OK playing Durant at PF.  I would still place my bet on Lebron in NY with Amare Stoudemire joining him via a sign and trade involving David Lee.

I think Lebron wants to win and he wants to win where he will have the most fans watching and loving him.

It has to be New Jersey.

Harris
Lee
James
Bosh (J. Wall, Yi, Humphries)
Lopez
"All I have to know is, he's my coach, and I follow his lead. He didn't have to say anything in here this week. We all knew what we had to do. He's a big part of our family, and we're like his extended family. And we did what good families do when one of their own is affected." - Teddy Bruschi

Why?  If you take Lebron off of the Cavs, the Cavs are still much better than New Jersey was this past year.  With that being the case, why would Lebron go to New Jersey?  I just don't see Bosh going there too..
