It was a good game. Both 'Sheeds played hard.

[That would be 'Sheed on offense and 'Sheed on defense.]
Oh....

I thought that was Sheed that cared and Sheed that didn't care.

Yeah...but 1 Sheed is better than no Sheed

am I the only one who noticed that a couple of times when the Cavs MISSED their Free throws--Sheed DID NOT yell: "Ball Don't Lie" ?....and this was after the foul was on him or questionable---I think it shows he was mentally in the game--and not just being typical Sheed.

I hope this is "the games are actually tougher now therefore Wallace is more engaged" type of play.

Like someone said, a lot of it was luck that his shots all went in.  If the shots went in at his usual rate, we wouldn't be saying "good game" at all.
I know that every time someone brings up a +/-, he gets told that it's a meaningless stat, but I happened to notice that Sheed had the worst +/- on the team last night.  He was actually the only guy in the negative.
So no he is not forgiven for his season, but yes, it is nice when is shots go in.  I agree with Fafnir that this the only way he positively affects the game.

Actually he did say it when Cleveland was shooting a technical free throw. However the fould wasnt on him so he was really showing he cared about the team there!

Arguing for a teammate and not his own calls!

All in all a great game for Sheed. He doesnt have to shoot that well the rest of the series (although it would be amazing) but if he plays with the same urgency we are very dangerous.

I love his points from this game.  Give me 2 good games in a row now, doesn't have to have 17 pts just another good game and I'll give him  :-*

I just hope he focuses mainly on defense.  That's what we need to get our mojo back.  More and more defense....it's what Doc called him out on, by the way...
Shut 'em down Sheed!

Here you go Sheed:

 :-*

There'll be more if you play that way the rest of the series!

I guess I'm im the minority but I wasn't impressed. Sure he hitting his shots, but he still didn't rebound, was beaten to every loss ball, and added a few lazy fouls that turned Cav's baskets into 3 point attemps. If he misses thoughts 3 pointers it would have been the same Sheed. Dominating in the post, so he goes back out behind the 3 point line. This time he was hot, but I still can't stand the way he plays. Slow and lazy. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad he put up some points finally but that doesn't change his game.

I can't give a player love for something he is payed good money to do and has only played up to his potential in 1 game so far.I say keep up the good work, add some good defense to the good offense and we will definitely win the series...then you will have made the signing feel a little better.
