I wonder if the Irish midget would get his shot blocked as many times as Glenn Davis does?  ;D

Now that is Funny....cold, man, cold.

Laughter is good for the soul, especially after this game.

Yep -- laughing definitely helps me feel better after a tough loss like tonight.

Now, all this talk of buying Sheed out or getting rid of him for mascots and midgets is just crazy talk..

Surely we could get pick #60 for him in a trade

No chance. No team wants him. That's how bad he's been.

We're better off with the midget.

Look, I know that the Sheed has been a bust for us. But like it or not, we have to hope the Sheed performs when we truly need it (like Monday night). I hope he has a couple more good games left in his career. I hope it happens in the next two weeks. I cannot kick him to the curb, yet. As long as the 2010 playoff campaign continues, there is a need for the Sheed.
The beatings will continue until morale improves

I didn't watch a lot of Sheed in his Prime. Is it just Aging? Or Was he this soft in his prime too? He makes Shawn Bradley look like rottweiler. He should retire and give back every penny he stole from the Celtics organization.

You have absolutely no clue. Blaming Sheed for Boston's inability to stop Mo Williams or Lebron is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. You want to point fingers point them at Rondo for letting Mo Williams torch him play after play in the 3rd quarter. Blame Pierce for his 5-17 night and refusal to hit Lebron on the way to the hoop as hard as they were hitting Rondo. Big Z scored nothing. Varaejo scored 4. They had 6 total rebounds combined. This shows you either have absolutely no clue as to what just happened or that if Sheed doesn't come out and score 30 points he's a bum and the cause of our woes. Please. Enough. Say something that actually is based in reality.

Couldn't disagree any more.
To try to defend the play of Rasheed is beyond ridiculous. That's "reality".
And as for saying that PP should hit LeBron as hard as the Cavs were hitting Rondo, ya that's a good strategy. Pierce would foul out in three minutes.

But if it makes you feel superior to think that the 98% of Celtics fans who realize that Rasheed is killing the team "have no clue", that's fine.

I think the midget will probably learn the value of kicking the ball back out.

The midget would get more whistles in his favor than Glen does, too ... the guy gets mugged and rarely gets a call ... lets balance this out a bit, folks. I could block a lot of shots, too, if I were seven feet tall and never caused a foul.

Maybe we can sweet talk Larry Brown into taking Sheed back.  Give us Nazr Mohammed back in return.

Or anyone at least 6'10" with a pulse ;)
I see that Leon isn't in the Cavs rotation.

Rasheed is done, and he has already been before the season and we made the mistake to sign him for 3 frickin' years! Send him out for a 2nd rounder or anything you can get for him, or just buy him out. I can't stand seeing him anymore, and if we drop out of the playoffs against the Cavs, some big changes have to be made, and I hope that the team realizes that Rasheed needs to get booted. Even if we advance, changes are looming and I hope Rashed is not with us next year unless he can magically turn it around against the Magic (big double-if).

I would like to be considered to serve as Grand Poohba of this fantastic club! ;D
They can't get this sled out of town quick enough for my liking. The question is, what kind of mutant/headcase we get back for him.

I have been a Sheed defender for the entire season and the playoffs... until now. Breaking point. He has no excuses anymore and when he is supposed to turn it on he sucks even more.

Frankly I think Mikki Moore was a better player, at least he rebounded more (not hard though) and played with hustle and heart.

people getting upset with PP frustrate me. he had a bad shooting night, missed some shoots he usually makes. very upsetting especially after he started so hot. it is probably because he had to guard lebron james all night. remember how bad he struggled on offense in 2008 against the cavs (until game 7). and in 2008, we had posey to help out and give pierce a blow.

and yes, BBD played poorly. but he works hard and has played very well more often than not this year and in the playoffs.

rasheed wallace, with the exception of a few games during the year, has done nothing from day one to earn any minutes. yet doc is either intimidated by him, too dumb to see, or still under the illusion that this guy can play. I think it is #3.

sheed was not the reason we lost, but he is a big time detriment every time he is put out there.
"Maybe now you'll never slime a guy with a positron collider, huh?"
