Has Mo Williams ever missed a 3-point shot against us?  I mean, really.  Anyone have the percentage mo is shooting against us?

In his career, he's 30/65 (46.1%).

This season, he was 12/22 (54.5%), and last season he was 8/14 (57.1%).
Thanks.  So pretty much what I suspected.  Over the last two years, mo is shooting 55.6% on 3's.  That's pretty insane.

AV, he's the rebounding defender that lets the Cavs go small and run against us.

I'm tempted to vote Varajeo, but the guy is really just a nuisance. I mean, he's very valuable to his team, but he doesn't have anything like an offensive game and isn't a one-on-one defensive force. He does his energy thing, but that's pretty intangible, and I think BBD and KG can knock him off his game.

Williams always shoots well against us but has a tendency to disappear.

It's between Jamison and Delonte. If Jamison is hitting outside shots and rebounding well, the Cavs are going to be tough to beat. But if Delonte hits a high percentage on 3s and plays his smart and scrappy game at a high level, they are going to be impossible to beat. So I vote Delonte.

tp for voting my boy
Also his defense on Ray is their key to the series
We allknow what a motivated delonte can do
Hes a playaaa wingaa ahagaaaaaaaa
or however.

Delonte west rocks.

p.s. I am using my last chance to praise him because I sweared that if Celtics beat cavs I will never root for delonte again.

AV on the other hand is just a tough match-up.  We have no one on the bench that can match his length.  KG plays poorly against him.  Glen is going to have to continue to box out well and grab big boards to minimize this guys impact.
I'm with you on AV for the very reasons you stated but even more so (if that makes sense).  AV's effectiveness comes from the fact he's too fast and energetic for KG and Sheed (especially Sheed) although they have the size to box him out AND he's to big for BBD to box out because he just goes right over the top of BBD (as most big men--and some smaller men--do that have better jumping ability).

C's really don't have anyone that can either stay with or box out AV sufficiently.  I honestly think Shelden could do the best job of anyone because he's quicker than "current" KG/Sheed, has the build to box him out and the athleticism to keep AV from going over his back for tips and rebounds.

I go with Jamison, especially with KG guarding him. If KG's defense doesnt hold up on Jamison then we could be in trouble.

Varejao and Jamison are definitely the most dangerous LebBron teammates. Mo Williams will choke under pressure and some D from Rondo will help too.

That's why he got my vote.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

#1 -- Varejao -- by a huge margin

#2 -- JJ Hickson

Sideshow is my concern.

Although, I have to say that Edgar's plea for the Wiya Coat Hanga is a good one.

Easily Williams. If Rondo is having one of his "conserve energy defensively" games, he could be very though on us, especially if Rondo is not fighting through screens and contesting 3-pointers.

I think Mo Williams will be more effective the more Varejao + Hickson play and less effective the more Shaq + Z + to a lesser degree Jamison play.

More touches, shot attempts and more defensive help to stop him being a massive liability against Rondo.

Jamison is the piece the cavs have needed that can be very effective offensively from the 4spot..AV is tough to deal with but he is not going to score big consistently from game to game as Jamison is capable of.Also Jamison can stretch the floor which causes KG to go outside to guard him, something they never had at that position in the past.

jamison is their next best player, but for some reason I'm not sure I could explain I went with Delonte
