keep driving to the hoop....they have no answer except to foul

LOL, first time I noticed your new icon!  And yeah, drive drive drive!

LOL I was just about to comment on that. Right after I picked my jaw up off the floor. Is that a mug shot? A halloween costume?

Everytime I see a closeup of Richardson, he is just demanding to be punched by someone. Get him Scal!!

We need those leisure suits on the bench!

Hehe. Scal does look like he's ready to hit Circus Circus in Vegas.

It's officiating like this in elimination games that gives credence to Donaghy's allegations of the refs being directed by the front office to extend series.

Saw that Rondo steal coming from a mile away.  Great play.

It's been tough rooting for Sheed this year, but I'd much, much rather support him than have to cheer for a guy like Beasley.

Really? Why? Sheed doesn't even try.

Neither does Beasley, unless he thinks he can get a dunk out of it.  And everything about his body language - both when he's doing well and badly - is a red flag.  Plus Sheed didn't cost us the #2 pick in the draft.

To be fair, the Celtics only had 3 more personal fouls and only 1 fewer free throw attempt than the Heat had in the first half.

I can't watch this game as I'm out of the CSNE service area, nor do I have NBATV.  But I can follow online.

All I got to say is the refs better call it fair.  Don't job us on this.  Please.

Nothing to worry about. If we play a good second half, we'll win, no matter what the calls look like.

Agreed.  Anyway, so far so good.  Or so it seems from the box score.
Celtics fan for life.

Sheed didn't cost us the #2 pick in the draft.

That's really the only difference.  On the flip side, Beasley is making less money.

Paul and Rajon played practically the whole half. I hope Doc doesn't plan on playing them the full 3rd quarter.

I think Rasheed could actually be traded one up for Beasley(or it's fairly close under CBA rules). Would you do it?

I would.

I don't think the REFs have another 10 points to hand to Da Heat in a half, but that is yet to be seen. If they do, this could be close at the end. Wade too is due to go off before this is over!

But i definitely like our effort & energy (other than a few lapses) on the defensive end !

whoops, shouldn't that have been a travel on Rondo? A little over the shoulder bobble and continues dribble..

I dont get the traveling rules in the NBA anymore

Used to be a call known as "discontinued dribble" that I never quite understood -- but seems to apply to these kind of dribbles gone awry.  I think it should be a violation-- if you purposely did such a move as a deception it would certainly be a travel.

Yeah, that makes sense. I only worry because there could be interpretation involved.. :-/
