Wow look how high Finley jumped for that rebound. I thought he was TA for a minute.
Yeah, that was a very nice rebound from Finley. Wright put a lot of pressure on him.

Nice run. Too bad Rajon missed an easy layup and KG a wide open shot shortly after, it would have changed the momentum but we're looking good after the putrid start.

Beasley sure watches the big screen replays a lot.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

He's not the sharpest tool in the shed.

Very good job by the Celtics to cut the deficit back to shooting distance.

All things considered, they are in a very good position heading into the second half.

  • Thank you Eddie!
And after all that awfulness in the first half, it will somehow be only a 2 possession game at the half.  Poor Wade.  He's like a better Pierce from the middle of this decade trying to win games by himself.

Defense really turned it up about 8 notches. Rondo and TA in at the same time must be extra frustrating for opposing ballhandlers. They are hawks.

We missed some easy looks there with the Finley 3, KG jumpers, and Rondo layup. I feel good about the second half.

Yup.  I feel extremely good about the C's putting this team away in the 2nd half.

Rondo bricking the buzzer shot. :P

Down 6 after being down 18 at some point, and without Ray and Paul for the last 5 minutes of the half... gotta feel pretty good about this game. Let's involve Ray and Paul in the 2nd half and we're good!

A 6 point game after probably the worst first quarter all season?

Gotta like the C's chances at closing this thing out today.

When the Celtics are playing championship basketball it's the 3rd quarter that they do major damage... that's what I'm expecting.

I like our chances in the second half now that Ray and Paul can finally return to the floor. Btw....Perk's defense is great, but man is he a big oaf on the offensive end.
