Oh, that was a cold blooded three by Durant to cap an excellent 8-0 run.

A brilliant dunk from Westbrook, a three from Harden on the left wing created by Durant pushing the ball on the break, and then Durant dribbling upcourt off the defensive rebound, stopping three feet behind the three point line and draining a three point on the break. Wow!

Kevin Durant is doing an excellent job defensively on Kobe Bryant. Impressive.

Thunder looking good.  Surprised me by coming back.  Can they close out though?  Or will they choke like the Bulls very nearly did?

They were looking very shaky until Durant switched on Kobe ... like they were about to lose control of the game ... they are looking pretty good now though.

It'll be interesting to see how the Lakers adjust to this.

That was a bad shot by Westbrook (the three pointer). He was lucky it went in.

That could have handed all the momentum back to LA if they scored on the other end. Cut it to a one possession game.

Cavs and Lakers lost in one night. Can it be any better than that?

Me, too ... I love it when they lose, especially when Kobe's trying so hard to be Mr. Everything but keeps missing shots. I wonder what the Seattle fans are feeling right now?

Oh boy...gotta be a depressing night for them indeed.

I agree, though.  I feel that way when the Cavs lose, too.  So for me it's like the Celtics won 2 games tonight.  :D

Interesting to see that the Cavs were the first top-half East team to lose a game. Of course, their series has lasted 3 games while the others have only gone 2, but it's looking unlikely that the Bucks or the Bobcats can do anything against the Hawks and the Magic respectively. I have a feeling we might sweep, or at the worst, win 4-1.

It tells us that the Cavs are not invulnerable. We played them well in the regular season, and if we buckle down, it's not a stretch to say we can defeat them in a 7-game series.

Awesome indeed to see the Cavs and Fakers losing on the same night and maybe starting to doubt when they were considered the favorites! The Bulls nearly collapsed at the end of the game though but they hang on. It will be interesting to see if they can repeat their performance in game 4.

I wouldn't read to much into the Bulls series. The Cavs had an easier first round than the C's in 2007-2008 after all. Besides we still have to get two more wins in our own series.

I don't think the Lakers should be favorites in the West anymore, maybe cofavorites with the other top teams. They just haven't been playing all that well lately.

I wonder how they'll adjust to Durant guarding Kobe down the stretch, it was very effective last night.

Hate to admit this, but I felt kinda relieved that Brad Miller made both of his free-throws at the end of last night's game. I remember Rondo slapping B. Miller (inadvertedly) at the end of one of the Celtics-Bulls games in last season's playoffs and then watching him choke and miss both of his free-throws. Either way it's nice to see the Bulls put some pressure on the Cavs, last season they didn't lose in the first or second round of the playoffs, though we took the Magic to game 7 without Kevin Garnett while the Cavs lost in six games.
