No B's for me tonight.  :'(

Stuck watching PIT-MTL on Vs here in Chicago.   At least its a good game, 2-2 a little over halfway thru the 2nd.  Canadiens are fighting for their playoff lives.

Can someone explain to me why they would have the 2 Eastern Conference games lying on the same nights? I'm curious to see how the Bruins do but it looks like Wednesday will be more of the same.

The Celtics playing a home game on Sunday threw off the schedule.

This game should've been last night in Boston but since the Celtics game was a mid-afternoon start due to national television, there was absolutely no way the Garden could pull of the double-header.

Bruins game gets moved to Monday and now we have to put up with this stuff.

I guess the brightside to it is the fact that you don't have C's and B's on at the same time anymore.

The problem is Vs is going to telecast the Crosby boys and leave the out of market Bruins fans in the cold.

I know most of us are tied up in our focus with this Cavs-Celtics series but with no NBA playoffs tonight, I suggest people take a look at what's going on in hockey tonight with two HUGE games.

Canadiens-Penguins Game 7

One of the most exciting things in sports; Game 7.  Montreal as a Cinderella 8 seed (can MTL ever really be a Cinderella?) try to win Game 7 on the road against a the high octane, defending Stanley Cup Champions led by, arguably, the greatest hockey player on earth in Sidney Crosby.

Bruins-Flyers Game 6

Bruins have struggled to close out this series after jumping out to a 3-0 series lead.  Are we seeing the beginning of an all-time epic collapse or do the B's finally put Philly away on the road tonight?

I'm glad to see they staggered the starting times so that we will probably be able to see the 3rd period for the Bruins game...unless there's a Game 7 Overtime marathon, which would be extremely cool.

I forgot to mention that my other team; the Chicago Blackhawks advanced to the Western Conference Finals last night!

'Hawks-Sharks should be a very entertaining series.

How long has it been since the Blackhawks made it to the Cup Finals?

I believe '91-92 was the last time they were in the Stanley Cup Finals.

Pretty solid squad with Roenick, Larmer, Chelios and easy Eddie Belfour in net.

Unfortunately, they ran up against the Penguins dynasty of Super Mario, Jagr, and friends.

Haven't won a cup since the Original Six era.

B's and Habs wins will make for some great entertaining old school hockey fun.
It will make me feel like it's the 1970's again.

Let's just hope it ends better than those '70s series.

Too many men on the ice, anyone?  :P

2-0 Les Habitants late 1st period.

It's cool the Habs are winning, but it feels a little dirty rooting for them, doesn't it?

It does but I've never been a Penguins/Crosby fan, either.

Yeah, I've hated the Penguins since the Ulf Samuelson days, although I don't mind Crosby.  I prefer him to Ovechkin.

See, I'm an Ovechkin guy.  Unfortunately, he's starting to turn into Peyton Manning pre-SB 41.  Big numbers and playoff disappointments.
