I'm going to need Redz to make a ruling because the rules only say for a DNP if a player was picked as the lesser -5 or 5 less than the other player's score.  So does lesser mean take which score is lower or which score is lesser below the other persons score.  If it's the former than Rebus you'll win the series.

I thought that meant for a DNP if the player doesn't play... From what I saw when I read the rules there was no rule regarding if a contestant fails to make a pick. Technically, that could be strategy (It wasn't, but it could have been).

Yeh, looking at the wording on there it says nothing about a missed pick.  I know it came up last year, and how it was handled was the same as a DNP pick, unless the person skipping the pick was up against an opponent who DID make a pick but had a DNP (this actually happened).  In that scenario the person missing the pick was given -10 and the DNP received a -5.

I can only tell you that the spirit of the rule is that missing a pick should, in no way, be rewarded.
