well, at least one part came through -- LA's on vacation.  it made my skin crawl to root for any Lakers to succeed

Gotta admit, I stupidly lucked into the Battier pick.

I was thinking the NBA Finals 2-3-2 format, so I thought the game was in Indy.

I was gonna go with Haslem (who I guess I would have won with anyways) and then Miller, but I thought both of those guys would be more likely to do better on their home court, having played in Miami for multiple seasons.  So I went with Battier, figured he's due, and worst he could do is -4.8.

Guess you could say I pulled a Homer.
