Yeah, when you start moving past four games it gets real interesting, and the picks get thin, (especially with limited playoff rotations giving the big minutes to the starters).

Almost went with Nazr tonight, but I figured Noah was due ... yeah, due a stinker!, (along with the rest of the team). Nazr's lousy two points would've given me the win, compared to the crapola Joakim pulled down.

Not sure yet what I'll do for game five ... see what happens with injury improvement tomorrow. Like the Cole pick ... he gave me a couple wins this year, cuz he can go off every-so-often.

** For those who may be confused by how I list the results, this is how it's broken down: **

team abbreviation   -   player's name (picked for that game)   :   that player's 2012-2013 scoring average   /   that player's points total for that game   =   that day's net score above/below player's average   /   that day's net margin over/under competitor's net score   //   net gain/loss of all games played to that point (all net scores added together)   /   net margin over/under competitor's net gain/loss to that point (this is used as a tie-breaker)    (win/loss record to that point)

Example:

CHI  -  Michael Jordan :  30.5 / 42 =  +11.5 / +4.3  //  +2.7 / +6.3  (2/1)

Hope this helps!

** Please send me a PM if you notice any discrepancies or errors. Leaders are marked in red, ties are marked in purple - in case of a tie, the total points difference decides the winner. Missing your pick or a DNP will result in a zero score, or five points less than that of your opponent's, whichever is greater. **

** A big congrats and TP to our

first Quarter Finals victor, Redz, who is the

only player to sweep this second series 4/0,

+28.3 ... he moves on to the next round and

the 2013 PAPOUG Semi-Finals! Also a sincere

thank you to GreenFaith1819 for his

consistent participation this year and a great

post-season run ... hope to see you next fall,

Brotha, for PAPOUG 2014, (and maybe

PAPTBG, if you have the time this summer)! I

know I'm not alone when I say that this game

wouldn't be the same without you, my friend ...

have a great off-season! **

Four of my binkies not used yet in this series, (3rd and 4th matchups) ... it's pretty fascinating how these playoffs progress, and what each mathcup generates in terms of odds/percentages. I dunno, but I personally find these pick-a-player playoffs a lot of fun. Too bad there wasn't a way to have some kind of season-long game that featured week-long individual matchups somehow.

(Dating myself with that pic of Artie Johnson ... Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In, '68-'73, back when I had a crush on Goldie Hawn, in her bikini and body-paint). ;)

** Both ThirstyBoots18 and Eja117 still alive ... nicely done! **
If our series goes to game 6, TB has a good chance for a great comeback. A Memphis win tomorrow would be nice  :)
