Does anyone else just want this team to go away?  I am so tired and bored of watching them.  I used to get so fired up for C's games.  Even when we were losing a record number of games with Big Al and the kids.  But watching them is just so uninspiring.  This team could easily get knocked out in Rd 1, and quite frankly it would save all of us fom wasting several weeks of our spring.  Just get it over with.

I can understand how Ray fouled out. He is a foul machine. I mean look at him. Averages a whopping 2 personal fouls a game in 36 minutes.

I absolutely hate to keep citing the refs because the team failed in many aspects tonight, but come on: at least let the calls even out.

Checking the box score (couldn't see game), it looks like Quisy has been officially passed in the rotation, and is now 3rd wing off the bench behind TA and Finley?  Is that true (makes sense to me)?

And did Shelden get minutes at the expense of BBD (finally)?

And Ray Allen?  Fountain of Youth?  How was he quick enough to stay close enough to foul someone...anyone...6 times?

[dang] it...

Celtics screwed up in the last minutes!

Pierce gave himself a awful shot to win the game in regular time!

Second game in a row i stayed up late to see a win go away

Im off to get some sleep and hopefully i can win a game today.

It's simple -- refs wanted to go home.
I though they wanted Ray Allen to go home -- to quote the immortal Mikki Moore, they called fouls of him eating his breakfast.

dude wouldn't it be sick if we were good at basketball?
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

Doesn't matter who we play.  We're losing in round 1.

This has got to be KG's worst game as a celtic. Too many missed open jumpers and lay ups, and worst of all, he couldn't rebound the ball. It's just frustrating to see the talent level drop just like that.

And yeah, how many times do we need to remind this team that no lead is safe, and that opposing teams just don't "die". When the C's got that 5 point lead in OT, they acted as though the Rockets had given up. But guess what, they came back and won the game! Btw, the hawks lost, we could've tied them at #3 had we won this game.

You don't have to watch if you REALLY don't want to.

On most nights we would have won this game.  The Rockets hit an unreal amount of 3s/circus shots and C's missed an unreal amount of gimmes and free throws.

It happens.

It was concerning to see KG look so slow and shabby in the final frame.  Scola really took his lunch money tonight.  With KG misfiring and Ray fouled out, there were no driving lanes for Pierce or Rondo.  Still got some pretty good looks though.

That Brooks/Scola pick and roll was killer.

Loved, loved what Rondo and Tony did for us despite their crucial misses from the ft line.  Fantastic energy, rebounding and pressure defense.  Unfortunately we had 0 mobility behind them to help on the screens.

Have to question whether we'd have such an influx of negative comments if Ray was in for the last 45 seconds and went 4/4 from the ft line.
