Truth is, I don't think I have the means to buy "PLAYOFFS??" tickets.

It'll be worth it, just to be in the building! Have fun!

Went to game 2 vs. Chicago last year....ray rays winner.....best event Ive ever been to,  the building was SO loud. I find that the playoff crowd was true fans,  none of the goobers you see during regular season.    Picked up Middle of Balcony for Game 1  Rd 1 so far...we'll see how far they go and I'll continue to buy as they proceed

I tried at the presale at noon today, the $12 seats were gone in seconds...Next up was $60+ balcony seats, $70 after ticketmaster fees :-\

I will track stubhub, the prices on there are a bit better...After fees tickets are only in the $55 range right now for balcony...

So much for lucking out in the pre-sale  :'(
Let’s go Celtics!!

I hate the "true" fans thing, but I agree that it is a different atmosphere in the playoffs.  I think some of it has to do with the makeup of the crowd, but I also think even the fans who are there every game turn up the intensity, and the building really starts to "buzz".

I did! Two tickets-Loge 22, row 15. $266 per ticket is a bit steep but should be worth it.

I was at game 4 and it was awesome as well. It was the one where Brad Miller missed the 2 FT's to allow us the overtime win.

The intensity is definitely turned up in that building come playoff time.   It literally feels like its shaking at times.  Pretty awesome feeling.

I know the old timers will point out "It's not the Gah-den".  Well, its still a heckuva feeling for my money.

Yeah, I looked into getting a full playoff strip through the club green elite presale but couldn't afford it.  I did get the quarter strip (1 game each round)though.  But man, tix sure are pricey.  I got sec. 5 row 22 (2 tix to 4 games), which set me back $1300.

I avoid saying the true fan thing  most times  but this season has really irked me...especially the ones that go to the game to make it a social event  sitting out in the concourse drinking beers with their girlfriend who makes a scene in front of people just to get attention...id much rather see a kid at those games who appreciates being there and the experience  than some of the bimbos you see at the regular season games

stubhub prices aren't that bad...sure they are probably technically $12 seats, which sold out in 3 seconds, but $40-$50 isn't that bad.

Specially since that is right behind the Celtics bench. Have fun!
