Just started watching this new show.

I really dig this show, for some reason its easy for me to connect with these characters even though I've never lived in New York.

Yup HBO.

I like it better than Entourage.

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
Tell me if I am off (I haven't missed an episode)

But basically it is just "Sex and City" meets "Entourage"

Note: its not like I don't like it..but basically that's what it is.

Ding, ding, ding. And we have a winner. I think it is well done in general. The writing and acting are fine, and it tries to be a bit more racially/culturally diverse; however, the show also seems to be fairly unoriginal with regard to the overall concept and characters. It just incorporates the successful elements of various HBO shows in the past. Overall it is not bad. I watch it, but I can't seem to get that invested in it.

I watch this because i feel like i should enjoy it, but just as the show starts to get traction the 30 minutes is up.  Maybe this is a strategic move and this is all for a build up, but it has been hard to get the plot moving.  That being said, I feel like I can relate to the characters (no real clue why besides age) and I'll probably keep watching.

I call that "Entourage Syndrome"
