Ya think they'll pre-order the banner now?
You mean they didn't pre-order it when they signed Rasheed? ;D

He really has and he's been....most importantly.....getting Ray and Paul rest without the game suffering for it.

Doc in the post game presser:

yeah Paul is great and he's starting to get back to where we need him. I had to get on him during one timeout because ...hehehe...pause....he was looking to pass to much and ...hehehe...pause....I haven't had to get on Paul to much for that ever before.

Classic!!!

I just finished watching the game on delay. Yay 2 wins in a row and 5 hours well spent. Good job with the effort on the 2nd half on the back to back on the road against a good team. I'm enjoying seeing us counter the other team's runs with a run of our own again

Perkins is just brutal with his blocks. Does anyone manage to not crumple to the ground after he blocks their shot?

Rondo's double double. Wasn't he the team high rebounder last year in Dallas when he got that trip double? Must be something in the arena. I usually think our success depends on the frontcourt but it occurs to me when the backcourt is on we can't lose

Pierce looks fantastic. We need him as much as KG. Good to see the big 3 having a nice stretch of games at the same time.

I like his hustle on the offensive boards but Big Baby needs some work on pass/score decision making

Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

Really loved the 4th quarter defense, especially when the starters came in. The Mavs had a difficult time finding shots, and we turned a couple of Mavs turnovers into fastbreak points. Beautiful. There's no doubt that we're looking like contenders, even if it doesn't mean we're all the way back to where we need to be.

TPs for all, hopefully we stomp the Jazz on Monday.

Wow. What a game. I figured Id check in here. Pierce was a man on a mission tonight. I havent seen him this energized in years. He and the rest of the starters played with a chip on their shoulders tonight and it was awesome. They came in in the 4th down and I had 100% confidence that they would come back. I havent felt that way in a looong time.

We survived another one of Doc's "5 bench players against 3 of their top 6". Seriously is someone keeping track of how much we've been outscored, especially in 4th quarters, that works for the celtics?

That's my only complaint though. All Gravy.

rondo with a double double with the points and rebounds against the king of pg double doubles. i might be in the minority on this, but i love baby's toughness in the paint. he can be out of control at times, but who else scores like him in the paint? perk and sometimes kg.
