LOL.  The most captain obvious thread in blog history.

The messiah is officiated and protected in such a morbidly, shamlessly, and blatantly unprecedented way that it discredits the NBA product whenever he is on the court.

Remember, these are the same refs, that after Doc complained, let Perkins play 40 minutes against Dwight Howard and did not get one foul called on him.

Once is an abberation, Ricky.

The messiah is officiated and coddled completely different from every player in the NBA every minute he is on the court.

Doc should complain more often. Perk fouls at a pretty quick rate and gets hammered constantly.

If the Cavs win the title will the officials get their own Championship rings?

It'd be nice to see some signs like this in the playoffs when teams play him. It would point out the obvious but at least the elephant in the room would be out in the open.

I don't think Perk's ever played 40 minutes against DH without having a foul called on him.

Has Perk ever played 40 minutes in a game?

Has Perk ever played 40 minutes in a game?

I know what ricky fan is talking about. It was in the Orlando series last year. Perk got into a lot of foul trouble early in one of the games, Doc complained, the next game Perk had a pretty monster game against D howard with rebounds blocks and etc, and he might have played 40 minutes or at least very close and did not commit one foul. It was probably his best game ever (one of the main reasons for me was because of the no foul). We also won that game

The last regular season game in which LeBron was tagged with more than four fouls was when he fouled out on April 2, 2008.  He did have a playoff game in each of the past two seasons with 5 fouls.

According to basketball-reference.com, this season he has played 11 games with zero fouls, 42 games with 1-2 fouls, and 14 games with 3-4 fouls.

Also, Perk played 40 minutes or more in four of the seven games in the Chicago series last year, with a high of 48, but didn't top 40 against Orlando.

I'm too lazy too research this, but I know it to be true that either last season, or the season before, James actually went 5 CONSECUTIVE games without ONE foul being called against him! Incredible!

So "The KIg" has played 53 games this year with 2 fouls or less called on him? That's got to be a record of some sort. He just keeps breaking those records and we are all witnesses.
