Watching this game today, I wish Sheed has 1/4 the heart and hustle of Andy.

I just saw the C's half court set see Sheed take 3 shots in a row after a stop.
0-3 - No rebounds.

This is a joke that Doc lets this happen.
Is Sheed the best option for the #2 squad?

How about an unselfish Sheldon Williams - AKA Leon Powe - to get out there and fight - play hard and know his role.

I turned on this laptop watching this game to verse my disappointment in Sheed and Doc.

I NEVER have blogged while watching a game, but the C's were down 4 then 6 then 8 then 11 - After SHEEDS great offensive shooting display.

The posters who keep saying that we need to stop blaming Sheed for this teams ills need to wake up. It's about effort & Rasheed gives none. In my opinion it gas affected everyone else on the team. It's obvious no one will call him out for it. And neither will Doc as we've seen. He more or less has tried to rationalize with him to shoot less threes by going to the media about it. News for ya Doc! BENCH HIM!!

We were certainly owned in this match-up.  Which is a shame because our starters played the Cavs even and the Cavs bench outside of Andy was pretty much a non-factor.  

Our bench was a strong negative factor. And while Sheed deserves the lion share of the blame, don't except Marquis.  Terrible defense on LeBron, no help on the boards and a big zero in the scoring column.

Broken legged Leon Powe had more HEART - More points - and is a team player.

If Leon shot 20% 3 pointers in 2008, What do you think Posey and PJ Brown would have done/said to him!

i don't know - sideny wicks and curtis rowe were pretty bad to live through - though sheed is right in there with them.

actually, that's a good analogy of a bad apple coming in to infect a championship attitude group the way those three have done in their respective years.

I forgot to mention Curtis Rowe, and you are right on in terms of how players with bad attitudes can negatively affect good teams.

The lack of effort is startling to say the least. If I was on this guys team I'd be in his face during every timeout for lack of effort on the defensive end & non chalant chucking up of threes on the offensive end. Why will no one hold this guy accountable? No one is in his face. No one calls him out. Not one player or coach. GROW SOME GUYS!!!
