Ridiculous Stat: Including today, Marquis Daniels has total of one rebound and two assists over last 6 games. More than 100 min of action. -RLevine on twitter

thats disgusting

Great point. Marquis has been a huge negative for this team for two weeks.

I have absolutely no idea who would be willing to take Sheed on this summer.

This game is truly frustrating me. The losses to the Nets and the Grizzlies were disappointing...but not frustrating. I E-HAT this game.

Sheed's problem is not just disinterest. He's just not a good player anymore.

He stinks ... at both ends. I cringe whenever he comes onto the floor.

There is no way that Rasheed Wallace can be allowed to return next season.

He has to be shipped out this summer.

Paul and Ray too, they also missed shots and played questionable defense.

Interesting.
Its one thing to miss shots, its another thing to be continuously lackadaisical while you're on the floor... The only thing we've gotten consistently from Sheed this season is technical fouls and slapping on the arms on defense.

That is pretty bad and it's indicative of how little Marquis has been able to impact the game.

Our FA pick-ups have definitely disappointed this year.

  • It's not hard to work hard.
I know all the complaining about Sheed is not without merit, but there's no way that Sheed is this team's primary problem. He plays like 20 minutes a game. The C's have much bigger problems than an underperforming 3rd big man. Seems like he's just an easy target.

And you will be able to read all about them in the post-game thread. :'(

In general, the Cs still dont have any flow to the offense. They have guys who can shoot but arent getting the ball where they can work.  Not sure about this drive and kick thing.

I don't think anyone is saying that Sheed is the primary problem, but save for a few games against Toronto (of all teams) he's just collecting his paychecks. That's it. There's no passion there, and hasn't been all season.

I think next season should be Pierce's last with the Celtics.

I am undecided whether or not I want to see Ray resigned. A lot of that will depend on (1) How the C's finish the season (2) Number of years on contract (3) What other personnel moves they're able to make in the summer.

At this point, it's unlikely that I would want to see Ray resigned.
