  • Rondo = Good
I like Will Bynum a lot but he cant shoot, meaning he'd never be able to play alongside Rondo.

Whadda you mean play alongside Rondo?  The guy is barely 6' tall.  He's clearly a PG and would never be in the lineup with Rondo.  Invalid argument is invalid.

I agree with the other poster who said Nate is better.  However if we cannot keep Nate for whatever reason, Bynum is a really decent backup PG.  Whether or not he can play with Rondo is irrelevant.

I just want to clarify something. There is some sort inside joke with some of the posters in this forum about Will Bynum. I do not know what the joke is, but I always see posts about Will Bynum and how we should have never let him go. So when I saw this headline I figured I would post it, mostly for amusement purposes.

You mean Will Solomon. The greatest Celtic who never wore green.

Ohh was it Will Solomon? Sorry I guess I got the Will's mixed up. Anyways what's the deal with that anyway?

If we had only kept Will Solomon, we'd be looking at a three peat and we would not have lost a game in two years.

We actually did have Will Bynum. I think it was the 04-05 season. But he got cut in the preseason. He did see some action.

Bynum was actually a part of that bar fight involving Tony Allen and the victim whose eye socket was broken. Allen and Bynum go back a long time from their days growing up in Chicago.

Bynum has emerged into quite an NBA player.

Will Solomon is the overlord of Will Bynum and controls his every movement, therefore the 20 assists can be credited to Will Solomon

Fail post is fail.  :P

Here's why the argument is relevant.  Rondo plays 36-40 minutes a game, meaning our backup point guard will only play more than 8-10 minutes a game if he can play alongside Rondo.

No point in paying Will Bynum to play 8-10 minutes a game for us.  Indeed, as evidence by his 20 assist game, Will Bynum is far too talented to be happy with a small role like that.

Does that make sense?
