If I had kids and I wanted them to do something, I would be like, hey, if you dont eat your vegetables I'm going to call Roy Hibbert and he's going to come through your bedroom window while you're sleeping and take a crap on your bed.  Then I'd hold up my cell phone like I was all ready to call up Hibbert if my kid still didn't behave.
Do society a favor...never have kids!!

We're not playing that well but Indiana is just bad enough where if we can turn it on at all, we'll blow them out.

Is it just me, or do the Celtics do a lot of work to get bad shots/position?

There was that whole set with Garnett and Ray to get Perk the ball about 15 feet from the basket and ended up with a Rondo jumper.

Ray gives the behind the back pass to get Garnett and open shot, but nearly from 3-point land.

See what I mean?

Yes, they are working harder, not smarter.

Nobody on the weak-side rebounds ... Perk's missing his assignment.

Sad thing is that Perk a year, even two ago, his assignment was EVERYONE. Nobody got layups on the big man.

Now he just sorta stands there.

Yup ... he's just standing around a lot ... even early in this season he was playing extremely well at both ends. Don't get it.

As for the off-the-ball movement, watch guys on the weak side. They just set up around the 3-point line. And sadly, Sheed seems to be one of them more often then not.

The closest we get to movement is when one guy sets a pick, or that long Ray Allen running baseline play we love so much (and, admittedly, gets lots of open shots)

Marquis is defending very well on Granger. I guess all these years in practices against him help. :)

Rondo earns a shooting foul by leaning over a guy's shoulder and throwing the ball up from behind the backboard. Love it.

And then does that.

RONDOOOOOOOOOOOo

Exactly

Someone sets a pick a person sets up in the corner and the C's go to a two man set on one half of the court hoping the pick creates a switch for them to take advantage on

But if the switch doesn't happen, they force things and people stand around as someone tries to make something out of nothing

Gone is the constant movement of the wings and high post pick and rolls and pick and pops with Perk being nothing more than s low post screener to open up the wings

It seems in trying to get him integrated it's made the offense stagnant

Second team definitely moving better off the ball than the starting unit

Interesting thought with Perk. We are seeing more movement from the bench.

Not sure I like pulling Rondo when he's getting hot, but if he was left in there, he'd probably be left in too long...

NAAAAAAATE!!!

Here we go bench unit! Stepping it UP!
