Rondo to dominate leading to easy baskets for Ray and Paul.
Honestly, I don't want to see Rondo dominating. I want to see him fitting in with the rest of the offense, rather than just taking over for stretches, and disappearing for stretches.
Yes well I'm looking for him to dominate the whole game. He's the PG he'll be dominating the ball. I don't get the whole Rondo back lash to be honest. I know some commentators made note of him shooting too much in the Cleveland game as a reason they struggled. I never thought that had any validity to be honest. I mean a few shots here or there maybe but, no I prefer him in attack mode.
I am not really blaming Rondo for this, I am just saying that there has been a general disconnect in the offense for much of the season. Either Rondo has been absolutely dominating, the Big 3 have been dominating, or it has been stagnant. I want to see something where Rondo, and the Big 3 find a way to mix their offense perfectly. Instead of 5 straight times up the court where Rondo drives to the hoop and either shoots or dishes, followed by 5 straight trips where they pound the ball inside to KG, or look for Ray curling off of picks for a 3, how about 1 with Rondo, 1 with KG, 1 with Rondo again, 1 wtih Pierce, 1 with Ray, etc.
The C's offense has gotten very predictable at times, because they tend to let one play dominate for a whole quarter, than then switch to another one. They don't seem able to just blend. I want to see it blend.
