Rondo has been going for the loud finish a lot lately.

I wonder why he feels the sudden need.

More top 10 plays = STARTING in the all-star game.

plus the influence of Nate maybe
I think it's all his team-mates.

Do you guys remember that game where our friend Rondo layed it up with .7 seconds left on a Pierce pass? That 'oop was said to have been meant as a dunk, according to Pierce. I believe these were his words; "I wanted him to dunk it!"

Great and ugly win. At least we stayed focused throughout most of the game, including the 3rd Q. That's three in a row and a great ending to a great day. I have to head to bed -it's 3.25 am here. Have a great weekend, y'all.

I wouldn't call this winning ugly we've been up for 90% of the game.

A pretty solid win, IMO.

I'll stand by the ugly.  They couldn't pull away and couldn't stop Philly at times.  Turned the ball over too much.  But, there were also good signs tonight and its true that they were not in big danger of losing this one.    KG looked very good, Perk played solid D.  Bench played well.

It wasn't beautiful, but I wouldn't say it was ugly.  The Celtics played with a will to win in the 2nd half (missed the 1st: where was Tony?), especially Rondo.  KG also did excellent all around work tonight.
2016 CelticsBlog Draft: Chicago Bulls

Head Coach: Fred Hoiberg

Starters: Rubio, Danny Green, Durant, Markieff Morris, Capela
Bench: Sessions, Shumpert, G. Green, T. Booker, Frye
Deep Bench: CJ Watson, H. Thompson, P. Zipser, Papagiannis, Mejri

Good win. Let's string a few of those together and get some momentum rolling.

I see LA is down by 20. They obviously haven't stumbled across whatever it was that helped us overcome our usual struggles with the Bobcats.

Looks like the Bobcats are Cleveland and L.A's nemesis. Funny that we beat them easily everytime while we struggled like hell agaisnt them last season and the year before. Lakers losing back to back games, Celtics with 3 wins in a row. Life is good. :)

Thanks for the nod, and a shout out to ACF as well. Great to see ya.

I'll always be around buddy. Just not as much as I used to, for now ;) Soon, when I'm in Australia, I just might be around ALL the time :)

Well, that's great news, I thought on the contrary that you being in Australia would mean we would see once a month! Definitely a great night full of good news. :)

  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
Games like this are very encouraging.

We never really lost control of this one and the closest they got in the fourth was 5(I think).

A huge improvement over the last 15-20 games.

I feel the previous game was a lot different. I feel we played differently. But that might be because of me failing to catch the first half on that previous one against the Catsies.

Sorry for being the negative note here ;)

I still loved the W :D Rondo was insane again and we saw a lot of great team basketball, which is always awesome.

Tommy had the line of the night----Mike says: The Philly fans are leaving like they're giving away something outside.

Tommy: They wanna see if their cars are still there.
